Eighteen months have passed and we’re still needing to adapt as the pandemic continues. While it’s not as simple as “business as usual” or a “new normal,” it is possible to apply the lessons we’ve learned over the last year and a half to start planning ahead. In this session, you’ll learn how to focus your marketing and member experiences by understanding consumer beliefs and behavior, the move to digital, why payments are on the rise, and how to stay connected and relevant to your members and your community. Join us for a look at what’s next and how you can start planning your strategy for next year and beyond.
