Scot Vackar brings more than 37 years of credit union experience in Consumer & Mortgage Lending, Sales & Service, Branch Operations, Business Development, as well as SEG Relationships.  Currently he is the Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations at Lending Solutions Consulting, Inc.  Where he takes a consultative approach to learning about each client’s specific needs and processes to develop a customized training & development plan.  Prior to joining Lending Solutions Consulting, Inc., he worked at Baxter Credit Union for 15+ years in various roles across the organization.  My mission is to have LSCI provide training & development to one million credit union employees.
